Custom Adélie

A curated custom build based on the Adélie platform — built one at a time in Canada. Orders are accepted by availability and scope.

The deposit is applied to your final balance. Final specifications and pricing are confirmed with you before the build begins.

A Custom Build, Without the Chaos

Custom Adélie orders are curated, not open-ended. You’ll choose from a focused set of options that meaningfully affect the look and feel, while keeping the instrument true to the Adélie design.

This keeps your build consistent, reliable, and road-ready — with the details dialed in to your taste.

What You Can Customize

Pickguard

Choose from available guard styles and colours.

Headstock

Matching headstock, black headstock, or natural.

Finish & Color

Nitro finish colours, including aged nitro options.

Details & Aging

Pickup cover colour + relic level on headstock and body.

Good to know: We’ll confirm your choices together after the deposit is placed. Nothing is locked in at checkout.

Aging Levels (Reference)

We keep aging honest and restrained. Here’s what our reference levels look like.

Aging levels shown side by side: Closet Classic, Light Aging, Medium Aging.
Left to right: Closet Classic · Light Aging · Medium Aging

Closet Classic

Near-new look. Minor surface scuffs only.

Light Aging

Just a few dings and nicks. Subtle wear — nothing dramatic.

Medium Aging

More visible wear and a few extra marks, while staying tasteful.

Every guitar ages differently. These photos are references, not exact replicas.

Pickguard Aging (A/B Reference)

Same idea: subtle, believable wear. This A/B shows the difference between a fresh guard and an aged guard.

Pickguard comparison: A is a clean pickguard, B is an aged pickguard.
A: Clean pickguard · B: Aged pickguard

A — Clean

Brighter, more uniform colour. Minimal marks.

B — Aged

Slight yellowing, light surface scratches, and gentle “handled” wear.

We aim for “played”, not “destroyed”. If you want it lighter or heavier, we’ll dial it in during spec confirmation.

Electronics & Hardware

Bridge / Trem Mastery (standard on all Adélies)
Pickup configuration Choose one model-voiced setup: 2 × JM pickups 2 × P90 pickups
Everything else Follows the standard Adélie specification for consistency and feel.

Limiting configurations keeps the instrument balanced and familiar — and prevents “parts-list” builds.
