The Lewis Colour Collection.
Every colour begins with a place. Many Lewis finishes are named after the
neighbourhoods where childhood friends lived, the parks, landmarks, and
historic places that surrounded me growing up in the Outaouais. Today,
those names live on through guitars sprayed by hand in thin nitrocellulose
lacquer, each developing its own character over time.
The Places Behind the Colours
Each name carries a piece of home.
The names come from real places in the Outaouais: neighbourhoods where
childhood friends lived, parks and roads I knew growing up, and local
landmarks and historic places that still shape the identity of the region.
