Build Stages
What each stage means.
Every guitar follows the same workshop path. The timeline on each card shows where that exact instrument is today.
Body Built
The body and neck are shaped, fitted, and prepared for finishing.
Nitro Finish Applied
The colour and clear nitrocellulose coats have been applied.
Finish Curing
The finish rests and hardens before sanding, polishing, and assembly.
Assembly
Hardware, electronics, finishing detail, neck, and body are brought together.
Aging
Wear and character are applied by hand according to the selected aging level.
Final Setup
The guitar is adjusted, intonated, play-tested, and refined.
Ready for Release
The instrument has passed final inspection and is prepared for delivery.

Built one at a time in our Québec workshop.
Every guitar in this collection is finished, assembled, wired, and set up by hand. Each instrument develops its own character as it moves through the shop and is released only when it is ready.
