If you're not completely satisfied with your guitar, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your instrument.

Return Requirements

  • The guitar must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • It must be in its original condition, with no damage, modifications, or excessive wear.
  • The original case, packaging, and any included accessories must be returned with the instrument.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, taxes, or other charges associated with returning the instrument to Lewis Guitars.

International Returns

International customers must contact Lewis Guitars before returning an instrument to receive return shipping instructions.

When preparing customs documentation, the shipment must be accurately identified as a returned instrument rather than a new purchase. Incorrect customs declarations may result in additional duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or delays.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the instrument, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a returned instrument shows signs of damage or use beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repairs or refinishing from the refund.

Custom Orders

The $500 CAD deposit is applied to the final purchase price and becomes non-refundable once the final specifications are approved and production begins.
