All guitars ship from Canada.
Orders are professionally packed and insured.
Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Heads up: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Returns

If you need to request a return, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Returns must be approved before shipping anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs and any import fees are non-refundable.

U.S. Orders – Duties & Tariffs

Our guitars are built in Canada and typically ship tariff-free to the United States under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA).

There is currently no blanket 25% tariff applied to Canadian-made musical instruments. As with all international shipments, final assessment of duties or fees (if any) is determined by U.S. Customs at the time of import.
